DIRECTORS & MANAGEMENT

Rocmec’s Management team and Board of Directors are comprised of individuals with significant mining and business experience.

Donald Brisebois – President & CEO. Mr. Brisebois graduated as mining technologist from the Abitibi-Temiscamingue Rouyn-Noranda college. Until recently, Mr. Brisebois was General Manager (2001-2004) of Rocmec International Inc. and is credited with having developed and invented the “Thermal Fragmentation Process” for narrow vein precious metal extraction. He has also previously held the positions of Executive VP and COO for McWatters Mines (1997-2000); General Manager for Placer Dome Inc. (1981-1997); supervisor (1977-1981) for Falconbridge, Teck, Ross-Finlay. He acted as Chairman of the Quebec Mining Association Board; is a member of Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy; Board Member of Soredem (Quebec Research Group) and numerous research teams to develop innovating mining methods focused on narrow vein orebodies.

Daniel Gilbert – Vice-president & CFO, Mr. Gilbert has a bachelor degree in business administration (BBA) from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). Former Chief Financial Officer of Fernand Gilbert Ltd and its affiliated companies (Rocmec), (1994 to 2004); Managing Partner of Mallette Maheu, a large CA firm in the Saguenay, Lac St- Jean region (1988 to 1994); Partner of a regional CA firm, (1983 to 1988); Administrative Manager for the Gilbert Group, a large construction contractor in the Saguenay, Lac St-Jean region (1994-2004). Since 1995 he has been actively involved in the financial management, investment planning and financing of the Thermal Fragmentation Technology.

Émile P. Molgat – Mr. Molgat brings to Rocmec his broad experience in the mining industry and since 2001, he is a consultant for mining companies. Former President and General Manager of Explonor Ltd, a company which specializes in selling explosives to mining companies (1984 to 1992); Regional Manager for ICI (1992 to 1997), Manager for Canada of the underground mines division of Orica (1998 to 2001).

Jean-Philippe Harvey – Mr. Harvey has a bachelor degree in business administration (BBA) with a specialization program in finance from the University of Laval, a specialization in evaluation from the University of Quebec in Montreal and an M.B.A. in international commerce from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Mr. Harvey is Vice-President Finance for Pluri-Capital Inc. (PCI), a company that provides risk capital as majority or minority shareholders. He is on the board of Directors of 10 companies and participates on many management committees.

Yvan Garon – Operations, Mr. Garon has more than 30 years of mining operation experience both as an operator and supervisor; Senior Drilling Equipment Supplier, Cmac Mining Group; (2000 to 2002); Operations, Rocmec International, (2002 to 2004).
