August 11, 2011 - Rocmec announced on May 30th, 2011 that it was to proceed with restructuring its debt. As of today, Rocmec is pleased to announce that it has restructured its debt by the issuance of common shares. The transaction received conditional approval by the TSX Venture Exchange on August 5th, 2011.

Nomination of an exploration vice-president
